I have nothing but praise for Anne's handling of my campaign and sale. She was instrumental in achieving an outstanding result, around 20% above the median. I interviewed several agents for our original 1960s deceased estate, & was impressed by her frank approach & her deep understanding of the Northern Beaches. Hard working, results oriented, and dedicated professional.
Anne has provided us unbiased professional opinion on preparing the property for sale. She was on call throughout the renovation period to assist in anyway necessary. Her advice about customers’ needs and preparation of the property including styling was very helpful for us to take a focussed approach in renovation. We could trust her judgement and vision at a time when we most needed clarity.
She is a good communicator in dealing with both buyers and sellers. We had purchased through her some years back and selling through her came naturally. Her experience in dealing with all kinds of customers made it easy for us to understand where we are in relation to the sale of our property.
